INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For items shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties will be charged. The prices and shipping costs include the statutory VAT and are therefore listed as gross prices.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. These depend on the import regulations of the country of destination and are at the expense of the recipient. Please check with your local authorities for further information.

Please note that orders over $2,500 shipped to the United States require formal customs clearance. Our carrier may contact you to retrieve your tax number or a social security number to complete delivery to your door. 

RESPONSE

You can return all articles without giving reasons within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in perfect condition. Please try the items carefully so that no traces of use are left and return the goods in the original packaging if possible. There is no right of return for worn or washed textile articles.

The items must be securely packed so that they are not damaged during transport. The

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.

EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND:

After receipt and verification, the exchange or refund will be made as soon as possible. Normally the refund will be made within 14 working days. 

COMPLAINTS, CLAIMS, QUESTIONS:
