Shipping and returns processing
We ship your order within 6 working days insured with DPD, UPS or the Austrian Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
No additional taxes or duties are charged for items shipped within the European Union. The prices and shipping costs include VAT and are therefore listed as gross prices.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. These are based on the import regulations of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local authorities for further information.
Please note that orders over $2,500 shipped to the United States require formal customs clearance. Our carrier may contact you to obtain your tax ID or a social security number to complete delivery to your door.
REVOCATION
You can return all items within 14 days without giving any reason, provided they are unworn and in perfect condition. Please try the items on carefully to ensure that there are no signs of wear and, if possible, send the goods back in their original packaging. There is no right of return for worn or washed textile items.
The items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

The costs of return are to be borne by the buyer.
EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND:
Once received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days.
COMPLAINTS, CLAIMS, QUESTIONS:
